Cookies Policy
The following Cookies Policy defines the rules for saving and accessing the data on Users’ Devices using the Internet service for the purpose of providing services electronically by the Internet Service Administrator.
§ 1 Definitions

Service – an Internet Service operating at http://ps8.com.pl

External Service – Internet Service of the Administrator’s partners, service providers or service recipients

Moniuszki 3/42, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, with a tax identification number (NIP): 899-271-05-41, with REGON number assigned: 021423230, registered in District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000373397, providing services electronically via the Internet service and storing and accessing information on User’s devices

User – natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Internet Service.

Device – an electronic device with software through which the User obtains an access to the Internet Service

Cookies – text data collected in the form of files uploaded on the User’s Device
§ 2 Types of Cookies

Internal Cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Service’s ICT system

External cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by ICT systems of external Internet Services

Session cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Internet Service or external Internet Services during one session of a Device in question. After the end of the session, files are deleted from the User’s Device.

Persistent cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Internet Service or External Internet Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the end of the session of the Device unless the User’s Device configuration is set to the Cookies delete mode after the end of the session.
§ 3 Security

Storage and reading mechanisms – Cookies’ storage and reading mechanisms do not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. Transfer of viruses, Trojans or other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.

Internal cookies – internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices

External cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for security of Cookies from partners of the Internet service. The list of partners is inserted further in the Cookie Policy.
§ 4 Purposes for which Cookies are used

Streamlining and facilitating an access to the Internet service – The Administrator may store in Cookies information about User’s preferences and settings with regard to the Internet service, to streamline, improve and accelerate the provision of services within Internet Service.

Statistical data – the Administrator and external Internet Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data, such as e.g. statistics of visits, statistics relating to User ‘s Device or users behaviour. These data are collected in order to analyse and improve the Internet Service.

Providing multimedia services – the Administrator and external Internet Services use Cookies to provide Users with multimedia services.

Social services – the Administrator and external Internet Services use Cookies to support social services.

§ 7 Internet Service requirements

Limiting the scope of saving and accessing Cookies on the User’s Device may result in improper performance of some of the functions of Internet Service.

The Administrator does not accept liability for improper performance of the functions of Internet Service if the User limits in any way the Cookies saving and reading option.
§ 8 Changes to the Cookie Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without the need to inform the users.

The changes introduced in the Cookie Policy will always be published on this website.
